Pastured Poulty

Our non-GMO fed pastured chicken is $4.50 per pound. Our chicken averages around 4lbs dressed. We typically have anywhere from 3-5 pound whole chicken available. We only offer whole bird at this time. We raise chickens spring through fall. We will let you know the processing date and you will need to arrange pickup that afternoon, on our farm. We do not have the freezer space to hold your chickens. They will be shrink wrapped and on ice awaiting your arrival.

Pastured Pork

Our non-GMO fed pastured pork is $2.65 per pound live weight. This is the weight of the pig on the day it is dropped off at the processor. Our goal is for the pig to be around 300-350 pounds at the time of processing. You will be responsible for a non-refundable $200 deposit to hold your pig. You will pay the remainder at the time your live weight is given. We will take your pig to the processor on the date reserved, and they will contact you when the pork is ready for pickup. You will pay the processing fees when you pick up your pork.
